After selecting your niche it is very important to break it into sub-niche in order to avoid a broad market that will be very difficult to get targeted traffic and rank on the first page of search engines.
From the above niche, let say I picked dating which is broad. I can break it to sub-niche which can be

It not necessary to be an eBook, it can be video, audio that can be download after subscribe to your newsletter. Your bait must be quality material that solves a certain problem your readers are looking for in order to have trust in you.
